While the Success and Failure Pages served different purposes, both flows were designed to support users at key moments in their journey: one to celebrate a milestone and the other to reassure and guide during a setback. By focusing on clarity, empathy, and user engagement, I ensured these pages not only performed their functions but also reinforced user trust in the platform. This project was a perfect example of how thoughtful design can turn even a frustrating moment, like a failed payment, into an opportunity to create a positive experience and retain users. It was deeply rewarding to see how these designs contributed to a smoother and more human-centered ticketing process
